Hello NCA students! For those of you planning to take Administrative Law in the next NCA exam sitting, I've outlined my experience with and tips for acing this core exam on your first try. I wrote my Admin Law exam in May 2019, which was the first sitting to use the new January 2019 syllabus so the information below is as recent as possible.
That said, the SCC has recently made changes to the standard of review required for judicial review cases so we can probably expect an updated syllabus soon. However, my overall advice on how to focus your studies and structure your answers will remain relevant.
