Family Law NCA: New Notes, New Course, New Syllabus!

Updated: Feb 26

The NCA recently updated the Family Law Syllabus. Gone are the separate syllabi for the individual provinces. We now have a single, unified course, covering Family Law across Canada (with a very heavy focus on Ontario).

At the same time, I've made the biggest update to my NCA Family Law notes ever! Completely refashioned with a better lay-out, clearer explanations, new quick-reference charts, and (should you choose to buy them) review questions and answers to help you test your knowledge.

I'm very proud of this cleaner, easier to use version of the notes and have been teaching from them for about 2 months now. My students have only good things to say.

Speaking of students, I'm also excited to be launching a Family Law Course through NCA Tutor. While I've been tutoring one-to-one for quite a while, I can't wait to get into a group setting and work collaboratively with students. The course will provide students with a solid overview of Family Law and cover the most important and tested topics on the Family Law NCA Exam.

If any of the above has piqued your interest, you can get your hands on the new notes and register for my course at the links below:

Happy Studying!
